I vote for 2 if its not too late. How’d I miss this post? Anyway- hope you had a wonderful time at the beach! Have fun house hunting. We were doing it seriously about a year ago, then, I chickened out. Selling stresses me. And we’d have to sell before we could buy. So fun though…we still look every now and then.
